After You Make an Order What Happens?

So you have just made an order with Slant 3D. Maybe for 1 part, maybe for 1 Million. Let's walk you through the process.

Your order is currently in our Kraken Production System. It controls all of our print Farms.

  • First, a printing engineer is going to review your file, with the help of a bit of AI. If the file looks good then the part is cleared for production

  • Kraken will then choose which print farm to send the parts to to have them as close to you as possible. (Generally they go to our Megafarm facility speced for 3000 Machines)

  • As machines come available they will automatically start to produce your part.

  • As your deadline nears the system is going to re-engineer the flow parts to make sure your order goes out on time.

  • When the parts are complete, they are inspected by our QC staff and packaged.

  • Then they will be boxed up and shipped out to you.

If you would like to see the process on the part by part basis check out this walk through video below.
